新客人訂房前須知 Booking Remind

La Casa經營約八年  目前大都接待常回來的老客人
如果你是新客人   不妨花點小小時間哦
La Casa operates about eight years, mostly reception back often old guest
If you are new guests with, please take a little time.
1)La Casa是三十年老房子，大都是由夏零自己DIY，並不是很現代的大民宿哦～
   芝柏山莊是個老社區，住著很多藝術家，平常安靜，假日社區餐廳營業時遊客多，
   雖仍有些空屋尚待整理，但仍不失藝術之氛圍哦～這裡適合慢活...簡單放鬆做自己哦
   民宿共有三間客房(最多接待10-12個客人 )，夏零住一樓
   民宿有客廳和院子，還有小小廚房可簡易煮食
   院子有住著已結紮的可愛浪貓，它們不會進屋子 (但怕有人不喜歡,事先告知哦)
These old houses are already 30 more years old with every tastes of life is embedded. Most thing DIY by Charlene, so  not very modern B&B
Ji Bour villa village is old community, living lot of Artist, very quiet, the Holiday communities Restaurant business, tourists will be more. Though still some empty house are not available yet, but still not lose the atmosphere of art for slow living here .. simply relax,B&B has a total of three rooms (reception up to 10-12 guests), Charlene live on the first floor, B&B living room and yard, as well as a small kitchen can be simple cooking.
Ligation stray cats living at Yard, they are not into the house (if you do not like, please let me know)
2)民宿 B&B check in: 下午三點 
                      check out: 中午十二點
   如要晚上到,請事先告知, 謝謝
   訂房時,請事先告知開車,騎車或坐車（因為假日芝柏遊客多，夏零會預留停車位，車子停民   宿門口即可，
   如坐車請參考以下坐車指引哦

Let me know you are drive or else when you booking,(Because Ji Bour village have lot of  tourists when holiday, Charlene will save parking are for you, you can parked the car in the front door, if you need information about bus, you can find in blog. )
 
3) 民宿沒有規定早餐時間, 最晚11點半
    (吃素請事先告知)     早餐夏零依客人起床時間現做, 食材豐富 (如不食用者,一人可減免150元 )
     早餐內容大約：貝果 (也可更換其它麵包等,有雞腿肉.起司.蛋.生菜 ) 四種以上新鮮水果及餐 前果汁和餐後咖啡。
     不用早餐者,民宿一樣有提供全天侯現煮咖啡和茶哦
     要訂晚餐者,請訂房時跟夏零洽談
    B & B does not provide breakfast time, no later than 11:30
    (Vegetarian please inform)Breakfast Charlene time to get up by guests to do now, is rich in ingredients (If you do not want breakfast, a reduction of $150)
About breakfast: bagel (also replace other bread, chicken thigh meat cheese egg, lettuce), more than four fresh fruit and juice before a meal and meal After coffee.
Without breakfast, Bed and Breakfast, freshly brewed coffee and tea available throughout the day.
To order dinner, booking negotiations with Charlene.
 
4) 請大家一起做環保
      a) 民宿不提供毛巾和牙刷 (有手工皂、沐浴乳、洗髮乳和吹風機)
      b) 外帶餐或飲料,請將杯碗等充洗後, 依分類丟入
          (外帶餐請不要拿餐具，民宿有提供湯匙、刀叉、筷子、盤碗等)
    Please do recycling
      a) B & B does not provide towels and toothbrush (provide handmade soap, shower gel,      shampoo and hair dryer)
      b) Takeout meals or drinks, please thrown by categories after washed
          (Takeout meals do not get some silverware, Bed and Breakfast provides spoon knife and fork. Chopsticks.)

5)因為常有一人旅行或二人住四人房的(因民宿只有一間雙人套房和二間四人雅房)，所以，主動減價囉...
(如一人住雙人房,自動減500,如住四人房,減1500 ; 如二人住四人房,自動減1000元,以此類推...)
   Because often a one person or two to live Quad(B&B only have one double suites and two Quad), so we have discount(one person live double room $500 discount, live Quad $1500 discount.(Two people live in Quad get $1000 discount))

6)民宿有提供冷熱飲水機，咖啡機,磨豆機等，電視有提供第四台， 並設有網路。
    B&Bs provide hot and cold water dispenser, coffee machine, grinder, Cable TV, and a network

7)如計劃晚上到民宿,請事先設定導航或跟夏零索取詳細地圖(因常有新客人迷路到山上去哩)
    if you planned come B&B at night, pre-set navigation or obtain detailed map with Charlene (new guests often get lost)

9) 退訂金依觀光局規定:
   
  
旅客解約時，得要求民宿依下列標準返還已繳之訂金：
一、旅客於預定住宿日14日前取消者，　　得請求民宿退還已付訂金100%。
二、旅客於預定住宿日10至13日前取消者，得請求民宿退還已付訂金 70%。
三、旅客於預定住宿日７至９日前取消者，得請求民宿退還已付訂金 50%。
四、旅客於預定住宿日４至６日前取消者，得請求民宿退還已付訂金 40%。
五、旅客於預定住宿日２至３日前取消者，得請求民宿退還已付訂金 30%。
六、旅客於預定住宿日２日前取消者，　　得請求民宿退還已付訂金 20%。
七、旅客於預定住宿日當日取消或怠於通知者，民宿得不退還旅客已付全部訂金。

 
住宿當日逢颱風或地震等天災不可抗拒因素
(以中央氣象局頒布之陸上颱風警報以上重大天災為準則)時，
可全額退回訂金(須扣除100元手續費)或保留六個月。
.颱風警報已解除或天氣狀況仍屬惡劣時(如豪大雨)或疑似有颱風之跡象時， 可保留其訂房但不退訂金，且須於
住宿前一日中午 12點前提出，逾時或當日提出視同取消。
